This High Performance Cleaner is specially formulated to be used with the Grainfather. It removes hard to clean proteins from your Grainfather without the need for tedious scrubbing. Perfect for cleaning hard to reach places such as the counter flow wort chiller, pipes and pumps.This is suitable for soft (copper) and hard (stainless steel) metals which not many other cleaners do. It is important you use this to clean your Grainfather as other cleaners may, over time, damage your system.Use- Add 2 Tbsp of cleaner to 15 L of water at 60°C to your Grainfather. - Attach the counter flow wort chiller and recirculate the cleaner for 15 minutes. - Remove the counter flow wort chiller and attach the recirculation pipe and recirculate for another 5 minutes. - Rinse all surfaces that came in contact with the cleaner thoroughly with winter. - Gently scrub the inside of the boiler with a soft bristle brush to remove left over stains. Rinse and drain.

Breweries usually use 1-2 oz per gallon, or 0.75-1.5%, depending on degree of contamination. For lighter cleaning a lower concentration will suffice. Recommended contact timeis 30 minutes for mashing, sparging and boiling vessels and barrels, and 5-10 minutes for hoses. Longer contact time than three hours can be dangerous to the equipment and especially plastic details which are much more sensitive than steel and glass. Finest Craftclean a strong alkaline cleaner Finest Craftclean does the same job as PBW. Craftclean comes in powder form and must be mixed with lukewarm water. Mixed Craftclean dissolves sediment and is used, among other things, for cleaning brewing equipment, the best results are obtained by soaking or gentle scrubbing with a soft sponge or cloth. The solution with Craftclean can foam. Once you have cleaned your equipment and yeast tanks with Craftclean, we recommend that you also use Craftsan to disinfect. The well-known manufacturer Chemisphere has together with CraftCo produced the cleaning agent Craftclean. Chemisphere was founded in 1986 and is behind the product Pipeline, which for many is the preferred cleaning for tapping lines. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Mix the powder with lukewarm water. Proposed mixing ratio for manual cleaning; 10 grams / liter. for soaking; 2.5 grams / liter, solution at 7 grams / liter to pH 10.6 (this varies based on water source). At pH about 10.6, the solution is saturated, ie it is not possible to mix more powder into the liquid. The solution with Craftclean can foam. Craftclean should be used before Craftsan; Craftclean solves sediments, Craftsan prepares the product for beer brewing by minimizing the activity of microorganisms to an absolute minimum. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove contaminated clothing as soon as possible. Rinse / shower the skin with plenty of soap and water. In case of skin irritation. Seek medical attention. IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air. Keep the affected person warm. Seek medical attention. When necessary, seek medical attention and have the product container close at hand.
