A wine yeast from Red Star (Fermentis). Premier Cuvée originates from France and was specially selected by Lesaffre. The fastest, cleanest and most neutral fermenter in our product range. Able to ferment within a wide temperature range: 7 - 35 °C. Ferments to dryness.

Especially suitable for chardonnay, pinot noir and sparkling wine. Also excellent for dry white wines with grape character. Performs very well for restarting stuck fermentations
